Bart

Meet Bart! As his human is currently in hospital on her end-of-life journey, sweet Bart is in need of a second forever home.

Bart is a 5-year-old boy who has been with his human since he was one year old, when he was adopted from a shelter. He is known to be affectionate with his human and will sit close by if you are watching TV or lounging on the couch.

Bart is lovable but quiet; a true gentleman who is well-mannered and minds his own. Bart is not known to get into trouble! He is playful, and can’t resist his scratching post, but not busy. Bart does have a skittish side to him, but has been known to warm up to people. Bart knows when it is “me time” and will choose a quiet location in the house to settle before coming out to get lots of love from his family.

Bart has experience with other cats. While he has no experience with children, his calm demeanour would suggest that he may be okay with a home with children. Bart would like to have a quiet space to himself in the home, and remain indoors.
