Eli

Meet Eli! As his beloved senior human has recently passed away, this sweet boy is in need of a second forever home.

Eli is a stunning 11‑year‑old medium-furred sweetheart who may be shy when he first meets you, but as soon as you earn his trust, he will be curled up beside you. He is incredibly sweet and loves to be around his humans.

You’ll also find Eli spending his days gazing out the window and happily relaxing in the sun. With time and patience, he now happily enjoys gentle pets on his head, shoulders, and back, and he’ll tolerate being brushed with a glove, especially if treats are involved.

Eli would thrive in a quiet home as the only pet. He takes medication to help with nervousness and his IBS, which can cause occasional vomiting, so a stable routine will help him feel his best. Eli is ideally looking for a second forever home without young children, though older, cat-savvy kids who respect boundaries may be okay. His ideal human is patient, gentle, and understands his sensitive nature.
