Moochie and Minky

Meet Moochie and Minky. As their human is in the care of a palliative team, these sweet girls are in need of a second forever home when the time comes.

Moochie is an 8-year-old sweet, delicate gal who loves to spend her days sitting on her human’s lap (often at the same time as Minky) and loves to play with her toys, so much so that she can entertain herself with her toy until nap time comes calling. She is a delicate soul who takes a bit of time to warm up to you, but when she does, she will show you her sweet personality.

Minky is a 7-year-old purebred oriental shorthair who is the boss of the house. She eats first, claims her human’s lap first and sleeps in her human’s bed. She has asthma and requires an oral liquid every 2-3 days. Minky will look you straight in the eye and bond immediately with you. Minky is very intelligent and tires easily with toys, so often her toys need to be rotated in and out to make them exciting again.

Both girls love being indoor cats and watching the world go by through the window from the perch of their cat tree. They both strongly dislike the vacuum.

Moochie and Minky are looking for a quiet, calm home together. They do not have experience with other cats, dogs or young children. Moochie can be nervous at first but having her sister Minky nearby helps bring out her sweet personality.
