My Grandfather’s Cat, Superstore and MARS have come together to help provide pet food for low-income seniors and terminally ill people – because when you keep pets fed, you keep pets home.

For many seniors and terminally ill people, pets provide the utmost amount of comfort and companionship, but for those who are struggling, the added everyday financial costs that come with owning a pet may force them to rehome their pets. By providing them with pet food, we can help alleviate this worry, allowing them to keep their pets in their homes as long as possible.

This September, you can purchase MARS pet food online or at our in-store events at two Superstore locations across Canada. The purchased pet food will be distributed to seniors, terminally ill people and those in need at MGC’s next outreach event.
