Willow and Mittens

Meet Willow and Mittens! As their beloved human has passed away, they are looking for a second forever home together.

Meet 4 year-old Willow and her big, beautiful 2.5 year-old son Mittens! When Willow was pregnant she appeared at her human’s house. He took her in, and shortly after she gave birth to her son Mittens. Her human took them both in, and ensured they were fixed and cared for.

Willow is a very friendly cat who loves to curl around your feet and can be rather talkative when she feels she has something important to say. Mittens is described as a “love hound” who will demand love and belly rubs from you. While both love their meal times and treats, Mittens is usually the first to arrive for food and is presumed to be quite the mouser.

Willow and Mittens both love people. They spend their time indoors and enjoy each other's company. They are playful cats who loved spending their days with their human exploring his large workshop, and during their downtime can be found sunbathing by a window.

Willow and Mittens would prefer to be the only pets in the home. Previous interactions with dogs and cats have not gone well, however, no proper socialization introductions were attempted in the past. They don’t have experience with children, but would likely do okay in a home with older, cat-savvy kids. They would love a home with a sunny window or two, and a family that has time to play and interact with them on a regular basis.
