Ginger

Meet Ginger! He is a sweet and friendly 12-year-old orange boy looking for his second forever home after the passing of his beloved human.

Ginger, also lovingly called Gingi, is an exceptionally friendly and social boy who seems to love just about everyone he meets! He is very comfortable around people and happily soaks up attention and affection. He loves being pet and spending time with his humans, while also appreciating having some space to himself when he wants it. With his fun, lovable orange-cat personality, Ginger brings plenty of character and charm wherever he goes.

Ginger still has lots of playful energy and a wonderfully silly side! He loves playing with just about anything, but laser pointers and string toys are particular favourites. When he’s ready to relax, you can usually find him curled up somewhere comfortable, especially on a bed or couch. He’s a great mix of playful, affectionate, and independent, happy to enjoy attention from his humans and equally happy to settle in for a cozy nap.

Ginger has spent his entire life around many different cats and dogs and would likely do well in a home with another cat-friendly cat or a cat-savvy dog with a proper slow introduction. Given his friendly and social nature, he would also likely be a great fit for a home with cat-savvy children. Above all, his family simply wants to find him a loving, stable home where he can spend his golden years getting all the attention, playtime, and cozy naps he deserves.
