To request support from The Mackenzie Fund, simply complete the form below. As each situation is unique, you will be contacted by our team to determine if you are eligible for a grant. Recipients will receive a one-time grant of $500 to support vet expenses.
Due to limited funding, The Mackenzie Fund is only open to those who are alumni of My Grandfather’s Cat at this time. We appreciate your kindness and understanding.

Misty was rescued by Valerie Slayton and was a loving companion late in her life. When Valerie died in 2014, her son and daughter-in-law adopted Misty, who continues to thrive. The Misty Fund, established by the Slayton Family, honours the memory of Valerie and her husband Raymond, who were great cat-lovers.
Thank you to the Slayton Family for their incredible commitment to providing $2500/year to The Mackenzie Fund for the next five years through The Misty Grant.

The Spotted Hope Veterinary Fund was created by Heather and Klaine, the very proud humans behind four extraordinary golden Bengal cats — Victor, Walter, Seascape and Mogali.
Heather and Klaine recognize how fortunate they have been to have access to veterinary care and to be able to make difficult medical decisions based on the needs and quality of life of their cats rather than having those decisions determined solely by finances. This fund will help those in need help receive vital veterinary care for their beloved pets when they need it the most.
