Libby and Addy

Meet Libby and Addy! As their beloved human faces a terminal diagnosis, Libby and Addy are in need of a second forever home.

These sweet two year-old little ladies are almost identical twins with sleek black fur and gold green eyes. Addy has a particularly long tail that she likes to hold high and arc over her back. You can also tell them apart by the tiny white dot on Libby’s neck. Petite, elegant, and deeply bonded, these sisters depend on each other for confidence.

Libby and Addy are shy but curious. They will hide at first, especially around new people, but once they feel safe their gentle personalities begin to shine. Addy is the braver of the two. She will hop onto your lap (if you have a pillow there!) and settle in for soft pets. Libby prefers to stay close rather than on you and enjoys calm back pets. Both girls are quiet companions who rarely meow and purr softly when they are content.

Both girls love toys and especially enjoy wand toys and lasers. Interactive play helps them build trust with their humans. They also enjoy cozy nap spots, exploring together, and staying near their human to feel safe.

Libby and Addy are looking for a second forever home together where they are the only pets in the home. They may be able to live with children who are exceptionally patient, gentle, and able to respect boundaries. Libby and Addy will likely take time to adjust to a new home. It may be some time before they feel fully comfortable. For someone patient and understanding, watching them blossom is incredibly rewarding.
