Based out of Guelph, Ontario, she is a licensed veterinarian who received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Atlantic Veterinary College. She is also a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Veterinarian with specialized training in pet bereavement and pet loss.

She has been volunteering with My Grandfather’s Cat since June 2022.
