To request support from our pet pantry, simply complete the form below. As each situation is unique, you will be contacted directly via phone to determine if we can provide assistance.

Recipients will receive up to $200 worth of pet food and supplies shipped directly to their door. Applicants must be a low-income senior (65+) and have an address deliverable to by Amazon. Applicants can receive support from our Pet Pantry or Bo’s Holiday Pet Pantry every 12 months.
